The secretary of Urban Council is responsible for the provision of information on Council matters and attending to related queries, complaints and inquires with public representations to the Chairman, Vice Chairman or Councilors. Holding Council and Standing Committee meetings, establishment matters and welfare are also the areas handled by Secretary.
